Severon subscription refund policy

General refund policy

M
Written by Max Li

Severon subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We only approve refunds in limited circumstances and review every request individually.

To be considered, you must submit your refund request within 15 calendar days of the date your subscription originally started. Subscription renewals, upgrades, or billing-cycle changes do not restart this 15-day period.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Requests made more than 15 days after the subscription start date will normally be declined, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Requesting a refund

Contact Severon Support and provide:

  • The email address associated with your Severon account

  • Your subscription plan

  • The subscription start date

  • The reason for your request

  • Any relevant receipt or transaction reference

Do not send your full payment card number or other sensitive payment information.

If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. Your paid subscription benefits may end when the refund is processed. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Summary: Severon does not usually authorize refunds. Eligible requests must be submitted within 15 days of the subscription’s original start date, and approval is not guaranteed.
